The Eaton Rapids Area Council of Governments (COG), on behalf of the City of Eaton Rapids, Eaton Rapids Township and Hamlin Township, was selected to participate in the third round of the Partnerships for Change program. The participating municipalities worked with LIAA to update the area-wide Comprehensive Plan. The Plan acts as a vehicle that ties all three jurisdictions together into a coordinated and cohesive planning and managing entity.
