After months of discussion and deliberation with planners, code enforcement officers and members of the Eigh Mile Boulevard Association, we have established a draft document outlining the description and components for a "Corridor Keeper" program. The purpose of the program is to enhance the appearence and business climate along the Eight Mile Boulevard through the enforcement of specific property maintenance codes education, assisstance and cooperation.
