2. Review the "What's Needed" handout.
We will need the full (word for word) code/ordinance for those codes that we do not have yet (see handout)
A summary of the assistance programs that are available through each jurisdiction (i.e. what they are, what they offer, when they are used, contacts, community organizations etc.)
A summary of education opportunities that each jurisdiction provides. (pamphlets, neighborhood meetings, etc.)

3. Review the Corridor Keeper "Manual" and "Community Assistance Guidebook" outline handout
Let us know if we are missing anything or their is information that you would like added/eliminated.

4. Review the "contact" sheet.
Let us now if we have names addresses, phone/fax numbers correct
Indicate the point person from each jurisdiction

5. Develop a maximum (2) two page summary of the nine selected code enforcement items (i.e. definition, most important aspects, etc.)
This will be something that will be passed out to each jurisdiction in the Community Assistance Guidebook

We would love to have responses back as soon as possible. However, we will anticipate getting responses at the next meeting. We will plan on having a draft mockup of the Manual and Guidebook for the next meeting.

We have also recently emailed a draft resolution for your review. The resolution will need to be altered to accomodate each jurisdiction.
