Through Partnerships for Change, LIAA staff is assisted in the development of an Otsego County Planners Fact Book. The Fact Book has served as a data resource during the revision of the county's Comprehensive Plan.

In addition to the Fact Book, Partnerships for Change assisted representatives from the City of Gaylord, Livingston Township, Bagley Township, and Otsego County to develop an inter-jurisdictional committee that explores ways to guide urban growth in and around the City of Gaylord.

Community Update: The Fact Book was used to help guide a community-wide planning process to develop and adopt a new County Comprehensive Plan.

The Inter-jurisdictional Committee continues to meet every month to discuss issues of mutual concern. Most recently, the discussions have focused on potential annexation/425 agreements concerning new development east of the city.
